Kimhun Thit serves as the Chairwoman of the Cambodia National Rescue Party Americas & Overseas Women's Affairs. In 2023, Kimhun founded the Khmer Democratic Rescue Foundation (KDRF), a 501c3 organization aimed at providing aid to those that are fighting for democracy. She plays a pivotal role in advancing legislation that supports democracy and human rights in Cambodia and fights against transnational repression.
