Meaza Mohammed IbrahimI am an Ethiopian journalist, media leader, and human rights advocate dedicated to defending press freedom and amplifying the voices of marginalized communities. I am the founder and manager of Roha Media (Roha TV), where I focus on independent journalism and public affairs. My work has centered on promoting freedom of expression, documenting human rights issues, and supporting democratic values despite significant challenges. In recognition of my commitment to these principles, I was honored with the 2023 International Women of Courage Award. Now based in the United States, I continue to advocate for independent media, human rights, and justice while working to ensure that stories of resilience, accountability, and hope reach audiences around the world.
