AnneElyse DeArment serves as the Development Coordinator at the Renew Democracy Initiative (RDI), where she helps drive the organization’s fundraising strategy through effective donor operations, relationship cultivation, and the development of materials that communicate RDI’s mission and impact.
Before joining RDI, AnneElyse worked at Bloomberg Industry Group, where she managed high-volume outreach pipelines and led targeted communications efforts. She began her career at The Craddock Group, supporting government agency program management, streamlining data systems, and enhancing project reporting and visualization.
AnneElyse holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Affairs from Wake Forest University.
