Igor Kirman is a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate and securities law matters. He teaches as an adjunct at Columbia Law School, is the author of a book on M&A confidentiality agreements, and was named one of American Lawyer’s “Dealmakers of the Year” for 2006 and 2015.
