Nodari Rizun is an International Human Rights Attorney, an inventor with multiple U.S. government–awarded patents, and an entrepreneur. He is currently on leave from his PhD studies in Jurisprudence at the University of Hamburg in Germany, where he is supervised by Professor Otto Luchterhandt. His doctoral research focuses on the neutralization of election fraud and electoral manipulation.
Nodari previously served as an attorney for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). He also completed a parliamentary election observation mission with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), working as a legal analyst and core team member in the aftermath of the Orange Revolution in Ukraine.
As both an activist and a legal scholar, Nodari is a strong supporter of Ukraine. He firmly believes that Russia must return all occupied Ukrainian territories, pay full reparations, and ensure that all war criminals are brought to justice.
