Tori Weaver

Operations Manager

Tori Weaver joined RDI in 2023 as the Operations Manager. Prior to joining RDI, she worked for a nonprofit law firm where she specialized in analyzing processes, implementing procedures, and bringing consistency and efficiency into all aspects of the workplace. Tori earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Penn State University and is an active member of the Penn State Alumni Association. When she’s not working, Tori enjoys organizing, being outdoors, and traveling with her family and friends.
