Noel F. Hijazi is a multifaceted professional with a standout career at Sacred Heart University,
where he excelled as an All-American football player while completing his undergraduate and
MBA degrees. He brings a wealth of political experience from his most recent role as Chief of
Staff at the Democratic Capitalism Initiative (DCI), as well political campaign experience working
with Rep. Mary Peltola (Alaska) and Rep. Steven Horsford’s congressional campaigns in 2020
and 2022. Noel’s passions extend beyond his professional life; he is an avid lover of movies and
television, particularly enjoying franchises like Dune, Marvel, and Star Wars, as well as being an
avid gym enthusiast.
